OnePlus 9 RT 256GB flaunts a 6.62 inches AMOLED type display, built with a protective Corning Gorilla Glass v5. Its inbuilt functionalities include an aspect ratio of 20:9, a pixel density of 398ppi and a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels. Further, there is a punch-hole at the top-left corner. Hyper Touch 2.0, Nigh Mode and Reading Mode are also available within.  

A 50 MP f/1.8 Main Shooter, a 16MP f/2.2 Ultra-Wide Angle Camera and a 2MP f/2.4 Macro Lens are loaded on the back end of the OnePlus 9 RT 256GB. It is also equipped with advanced functionalities like Electronic Image Stabilisation, Phase Detection Autofocus, Sony IMX766 Sensor, OIS technology and Dual LED Flash. On the front side of the device, the brand has placed a 16MP f/2.4 Wide Angle Lens backed by Sony IMX471 Sensor, Screen Flash and Fixed Focus.

To manage the internal operations of the 9 RT 256GB, the brand has installed a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888(5nm) chipset, backed by a best in class 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and an Adreno 660 GPU. It is also equipped with an Octa-core processor consisting of a triple Kryo 680 layout, capable of achieving the highest speed of 2.84GHz. 

OnePlus 9 RT 256GB is packed with a 4500mAh Li-ion battery that cannot be removed. This particular cell is also compatible with a 65W Warp Charging system, powering up the entire device within 29 minutes.  

OnePlus has placed a non-expandable 256GB of internal storage that belongs to the UFS 3.1 category. The smartphone is compatible with 4G VoLTE networks for video and voice calls, besides being 5G ready. OnePlus 9 RT 256GB can be connected to other devices via Mobile Hotspot, USB OTG, Bluetooth v5.2, A-GPS with Glonass, NFC, USB Type-C and Wi-Fi.
