OPPO A5 2020 comes with a 6.5-inch tall display that has a screen resolution of 720 x 1,600 pixels along with a pixel density of 270 PPI. The screen gets Corning Gorilla Glass protection that makes it withstand falls and scratches. The IPS LCD screen has a waterdrop notch style.

For the storage, the device has a 64GB internal memory which can be further expanded up to 256GB with the use of a microSD card.

Oppo A5 2020 is equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 chipset and an octa-core processor that runs at a speed of up to 2GHz. It has an Adreno 610 GPU to ensure graphical performance. The 4GB RAM looks after smooth gaming and multitasking.

For the power backup, the smartphone depends on a Li-ion battery of 5,000mAh capacity. It can provide a huge amount of power to last for more than a day. Thus with a single-time charging, users can get a whole day of extensive usage.
